At MOVE, we offer tumbling classes designed to challenge and inspire students at every stage of their athletic journey. Whether you're just starting out or are a seasoned tumbler aiming for advanced skills, we have a class for you. Our highly trained coach provides expert instruction in a safe, supportive environment where students can build strength, improve flexibility, and achieve their tumbling goals. Whether it is to advance your skills to prepare for competitive dance or to join your local high school competitive cheer team, MOVE can help you reach your goals!
1. Beginner Tumbling:
For those just starting out or working on basic skills. Students will learn foundational techniques, including rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and simple jumps. Emphasis is placed on body awareness, strength-building, and developing core tumbling skills.

2. Intermediate Tumbling:
For students who have mastered the basics and are ready to take their tumbling to the next level. Intermediate classes may focus on more complex tricks like round-offs, back handsprings, and front handsprings. Students will work on refining their technique, improving flexibility, and increasing their strength and endurance.

3. Advanced Tumbling:
For experienced athletes who have mastered fundamental tumbling skills and are ready to tackle high-level moves like back tucks, arials, front walkovers, etc. These classes focus on perfecting form, enhancing power, and learning more advanced skills and combinations.

1. Beginner Tumbling
Age Range: 5+ (or based on skill level)
Perfect for those new to tumbling or still building confidence with basic movements, our Beginner Tumbling class is designed to teach foundational skills that serve as the building blocks for more advanced techniques.

The Intermediate Tumbling class is for athletes who have mastered basic tumbling skills and are ready to challenge themselves with more advanced techniques. This level introduces more complex tricks and combinations while refining form and increasing strength and endurance.

For experienced tumblers, the Advanced class takes your skills to the highest level. Students in this class will learn to perform advanced tumbling skills with precision, such as back tucks, layouts, and full twisting passes, while also focusing on form and performance.
